General Policy

At Edit Beauty, the safety and satisfaction of our customers are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for strict hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any lash products once they have left our facility.

This policy applies to all lash clusters, lash strips, adhesives, sealants, applicators, and any other eye-related products. Once these items are shipped, they are considered final sale.

We strongly encourage all customers to review product descriptions and details carefully before placing an order. If you have questions about a product prior to purchase, please contact us at support@editbeauty.ca.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in inspecting and packaging each order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@editbeauty.ca within 7 days of delivery.

Please include the following information:

Your full name and order number
A clear description of the issue
Supporting photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, our team will assess the situation and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Final Sale Items

All items sold by Edit Beauty are considered final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect upon arrival.
