Welcome to Edit Beauty. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Edit Beauty Inc. We operate this website and store, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available to you (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Access and Accounts
You represent that you are the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, or that you are the parent or legal guardian who consents to use of the Services by a minor dependent on devices you own or manage.
To use the Services, you may be asked to provide information such as your email, billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to provide it. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer or assign your account.
2. Our Products
We try to display products accurately, but the appearance of colors and finishes can vary by device and settings. We do not warrant that any product will meet your expectations or match on-screen appearance. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or restrict sales to any person or region within Canada.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance and process your payment. Review orders carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted or in fulfillment. If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details you provided.
All purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal or household use in Canada and not for commercial resale or export.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of your order and will be stated in your confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update it as needed so we can complete transactions and contact you.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, that charges will be honored, and that you will pay all amounts due, including applicable taxes and shipping.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently sell and ship within Canada only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we hand the order to the carrier.
6. Hygiene and Safety
Due to the intimate nature of our products, and for strict hygiene and safety reasons, most items are final sale. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before purchasing.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services and all related content and materials, including trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, video, audio, and their selection and arrangement, are owned by Edit Beauty Inc. or our licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No license is granted except as expressly provided in these Terms. Our names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Edit Beauty Inc. You must not use them without our prior written permission. Shopify names and marks are trademarks of Shopify.
8. Optional Tools and Features
We may provide access to third-party tools or features on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties or endorsements. Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those third parties. We may introduce new features in the future, which will form part of the Services and be subject to these Terms.
9. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or content. We do not control and are not responsible for such sites or content. Access them at your own risk and review their terms and policies before engaging in any transaction.
10. Relationship with Shopify
Edit Beauty is powered by Shopify. Sales and purchases are made directly with Edit Beauty Inc. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with us and you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims or liabilities arising from your purchases from Edit Beauty.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes personal information to operate and improve the Services. See our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy documentation for more details.
12. Feedback and Reviews
If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such Feedback for any purpose, including to operate and improve the Services. You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights in your Feedback, that you will disclose any incentives you received, and that your Feedback complies with these Terms and applicable law. We may monitor, edit, or remove content we consider unlawful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
13. Errors and Omissions
Information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We may correct any errors and update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate at any time, including after an order is submitted.
14. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Harass, abuse, defame, or harm any person.
- Transmit misleading information or unsolicited promotions.

15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend the Services or your access at any time in our discretion. You remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination. Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties or conditions of merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. Some provinces do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limits may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edit Beauty Inc., our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, savings, data, or replacement costs arising from your use of the Services or any products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edit Beauty Inc. and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of the Services. We will notify you of any claim and you will cooperate in the defense. We may assume control of the defense at our expense.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
20. Waiver and Entire Agreement
No waiver of any right is a waiver of any other right or of the same right at a later time. These Terms and the policies referenced here constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements regarding the Services.
21. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without notice.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to the Services are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. You and Edit Beauty irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We may update these Terms by posting changes to our website. We will provide notice of material changes when required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
