Thank you for shopping with Edit Beauty. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders placed through our online store. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Toronto, Ontario.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. During high-volume periods such as product launches, holidays, or promotions, processing times may take longer.

Shipping Services

We use Stallion Express, a Shopify fulfillment partner that works with multiple national carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada, including P.O. boxes and remote or rural areas.

At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of $80 CAD or more (before tax).
  • Orders under $80 are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Any additional delivery fees for remote locations will appear before you confirm your order.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to appear on the carrier’s website.

Delays and Exceptions

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. Edit Beauty is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact concierge@editbeauty.ca with your order number and tracking details so we can assist you.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check with household members, neighbours, or building staff first. If still missing after 48 hours, contact concierge@editbeauty.ca for support.

If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review and assist.

Order Changes and Address Accuracy

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it after processing begins. Please review your shipping address carefully before checkout. Edit Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
